Breakfast
Breakfast will be provided by the welcoming Publick House, under the guidance of Dame Elizabethe Alles. Those gentles wishing to make donations of time or food to the Publick House may contact Dame Elizabethe.
If you are bringing items for donation, please list all ingredients on a 3×5 index card.
Lunch
Lunch will be offered for purchase at a cost of $8, including options for vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free consumers. Questions or dietary concerns should be directed no later than April 18, 2025 to the lunch steward, Mistress Angharad ferch Tangwystl.
- Main Dishes: bratwurst, green tart, or Bohemia pea puree
- Sides: buns, fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, dried fruit and nuts, or pottage of mushroom and onions
Dinner / Feast
A sumptuous feast prepared by Duke Lucius Aurelius Valharic and Baroness Adelaide Kramer. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free concerns should be addressed to them directly no later than April 18, 2025.
- On the table: cucumber salad, red cabbage salad, hard boiled eggs, smoked salmon, and smoked duck served with a mustard sauce
- First course: small roasts consisting of roast whole birds (chickens) accompanied with sour cherry and parsley sauces, roasted root vegetables (carrots and parsnips), and barley cooked in broth
- Second course: large roasts consisting of pork accompanied by a savory lemon herb sauce, pickled beets, rice cooked in milk and cheese, and assorted sausages with cabbage roasted with apples and onions
- Final course: baked things – a assorted variety of small fruit filled turtens (pies)
