FOR ALL EVENTS - MINOR ATTENDANCE

Minors (17 and under) must attend with a parent or legal guardian, or may attend with another responsible adult provided they have a valid SCA Medical Authorization for Minors form and a completed Minor Waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Minor medical forms are no longer required to be notarized, provided there is a witness present (someone not signing the form) who observes the signing process. Minors who are not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and who do not have a valid Medical Authorization form will not be permitted to attend the event. THE SCA PROHIBITS HARASSMENT AND BULLYING OF ALL INDIVIDUALS AND GROUPS.

Participants engaging in this behavior are subject to appropriate sanctions. If you are subjected to harassment, bullying or retaliation, or if you become aware of anyone being harassed or bullied, contact a seneschal, President of the SCA, or your Kingdom's Board Ombudsman.
